5.How long we keep information

• Inquiries & Quotes: If you contact us for a quote but decide not to proceed, we will generally delete your contact details and emails after 12 months.

• Completed Commissions: If we complete an upholstery project for you, we will keep your invoice and contact details for 7 years to comply with UK tax (HMRC) and accounting regulations, and to manage any future warranty or repair queries on your furniture.

• Marketing: If you subscribe to our mailing list we will keep your name and email unless you choose to unsubscribe.
